The Number Works Media Ltd is a bespoke MG and Overage collection service and is the proactive mediator between Financier, Sales Agent and Buyer, throughout the collection process. We continuously pursue the Distributor to ensure timely payment for the Financier, or any other vested third party, allowing the Sales Agent to concentrate on the primary task of sales.
The Number Works service is often a fully rechargeable cost of the sales and distribution process as a third party expense:
Liaison with Sales Agent on behalf of Financiers and tracking debt position for each title
Weekly updates regarding collection process/debt position of individual Distributors
Collection Account Management (CAM) analysis
In the event of a distributor delaying payment or being non-compliant in any way, we would inform the Financier and Sales Agent promptly. This allows an informed decision to be made as to whether to terminate the agreement and re-sell the territory, whilst the Product has an intrinsic value or continue to negotiate with the errant buyer.
